# B. RULES
1. Meeting refers to group meeting of the "Shorthand Club ".
2. Only members of "Shorthand Club" telegram group can participate in the group meetings. For special purposes, an outsider can participate on general agreement.
2. Notification of the meeting should be published/shared at least a day before.
3. For a meeting to happen, presentation of at least two members is necessary.
4. Place and mode of meetings can vary as per requirement or plan.
5. Meeting can be held on Sundays only. Only for special purposes, a group meeting can be held on other days.
7. A report should be prepared (in a proper format) after completion of a meeting. It should be published before conduction of next meeting. The first page of the report should give brief summary of the meeting and it should be printable (for reference purposes in upcoming meetings).
8. All details of the meeting and its report should be digitally archived.
9. Oral discussions should be prioritised.
10. Use stopwatch for time tracking. 



# C. STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE (SOP)

1. Walking tour- to the place of meeting
2. Topic discussion- Everyone will discuss one study topic (useful from exam point of view) of his/her choice
3. Performance discussion- recording members' self declared progress statement 
4. doubts/improvement discussion- improvement suggestions; study tips

6. Events discussion- recent and upcoming events (useful from exam point of view)
7. One art activity- drawing, poem, story, singing, essay/poem writing, TAT (as in NDA interview test), speech, JTM (just 3 minutes), educational group games, letter writing to authorities regarding general issues, cooking tips, interviewing
8. Proposals-
9. Resolutions- on the basis of "General Consensus" by voting method.
