1. Make study plan:
(A) with daily, weekly, monthly goals
(B) based on personal capacity. Goals should be slightly more than personal capacity.
(C) Do not make goals which are out of scope or impossible to achieve.
4. On revision days (Saturdays & last two days of months): make "recalling notes" while revising "general notes".

》# 7. REVISION
1. Revision means revision of "self made general notes"
2. Periodic revision: daily, weekly and monthly
(A) morning time (1 hour) can be dedicated to daily revision (of the previous 24 hours).
(B) Saturday can be dedicated to weekly revision (of the previous 5 days). Make recalling notes.
(C) last two days of the month can be dedicated to monthly revision (of the previous 4 weeks).
4. Group Discussion: on Holidays only. (Optional)
(A) offline: Discuss the main topic(prefixed); doubts; current affairs with friends, teachers, aspirants
(B) online: write letters to editors, governments or authorities; write reviews

1. review study plan at the end (of the period) and make necessary changes (based on review, not on desire) if required.

3. (A)Weekly review: after weekly revision on Saturday

6. MOCK TEST ON EVERY SATURDAY

1. At the end of phase 1 take break to assess personal ability, quality and possibility of becoming a civil servant and accordingly make changes in "the career goal" only if results are not positive.
