For special purposes, an outsider can participate on general agreement. 2. Notification of the meeting should be published/shared at least a day before. 3. For a meeting to happen, presentation of at least two members is necessary. 4. Place and mode of meetings can vary as per requirement or plan. 5. Meeting can be held on Sundays only. Only for special purposes, a group meeting can be held on other days. 7. A report should be prepared (in a proper format) after completion of a meeting. It should be published before conduction
